Event Guidelines

We want you to have an amazing time at our events. To help ensure everything runs smoothly, please read and follow these guidelines:

1. Ticket Purchase and Payment

• All tickets must be purchased in advance through our official website
• Ticket prices are subject to change, but once purchased, your ticket is locked in at the price paid
• No refunds are available unless the event is canceled
• If you choose to transfer your ticket, it must be done using our ticket transfer process, and a valid ticket must be presented at the event 

2. Arrival and Check-In

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the event start time for check-in
• Have your confirmation email ready for check-in
• ID may be required for verification
• Late arrivals may miss important details of the event, so please plan accordingly

3. Behaviour and Conduct

• Respectful behaviour is required at all times. Harassment, aggressive behaviour, or inappropriate actions may lead to immediate removal from the event
• Follow all venue policies (e.g., no smoking, no vaping, no outside food or drinks unless provided by the event)
• Respect others' space and privacy. No unsolicited physical contact or sharing of personal information

4. Health and Safety

• If you are feeling unwell, please stay home to help ensure the health and safety of others
• Be mindful of personal space. If physical distancing or mask-wearing is required, please adhere to venue and event organizer guidelines
• In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of the event staff and venue personnel

5. Photography and Recording

• Photography and video recording may be permitted at the event, but we ask that you respect others' privacy
• By attending the event, you consent to having your image or likeness captured in photos or video for promotional purposes (unless otherwise noted)
• If you prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please inform the event staff upon arrival

6. Event participation

• Participation in activities, icebreakers, or games is optional, but encouraged
• Be open-minded and willing to engage in networking or social activities. Our goal is to create a comfortable space for everyone
• Any behaviour that disrupts the event will not be tolerated (e.g., speaking over others)

7. Food and Drink

• If food or drink is provided, please respect the portion sizes and be mindful of dietary restrictions. If the venue serves alcohol, drink responsibly
  

8. Event Cancellation/Changes

• The event may be rescheduled or cancelled at the discretion of the organizer. In such cases, all ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be offered.
• Event details are subject to change. Please check your email for updates closer to the event date

9. Privacy and Data Use

• Your contact information will be used solely for event-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without your consent
• If you wish to be added to our newsletter or mailing list for future event updates, please opt-in during checkout

10. No Show Policy

• If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 48 hours before the event for potential ticket transfer. No shows will forfeit their ticket.

11. Liability Disclaimer

• By attending this event, you agree to waive any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event
• The event organizer is not responsible for personal property or lost items

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, you may be able to transfer your ticket to another person at no additional charge up to 24 hours before the event. For any questions, please contact us.
